My journey An Awakening

Hi all This Blog will be about my journey to Be transformed, it will also be a place where i will share many of my thoughts and the processes i will head through on this my journey to save my life.

I don't care if no-one  reads this, or if only one person was to read this and if help them also to make a change, take that step to be transformed and to regain a sustainable quality of life.

I have no doubt that this is going to become a roller coaster, i have no option by to succeed here, this time around, my life depends me making the right choices and working hard to get healthy.
